My husband and I took our nephew to the park and spent the whole day there. Great place to fish, hike, picnic, and we even found a geocache! Facilities were kept up very well and the park was very clean.
Very beautiful and nice long walking trails with a public pond and playground and grilling spots..

Quiet place to get away from the hustle and bustle. Nice trail around the lake to take a relaxing stroll.
Small amount of camping sites, makes for getting to know your neighbors. Very quiet this weekend. The full service sites are recently packed with a sandy base. Makes for a neat site. Nice trail for biking around the park that takes you through the woods and around the lakes. The trail has a board walk on parts of it.
Good for camping/having a wedding or reception as well.
